At Ascendant Labs, we ship all orders quickly, securely and with full tracking from our international fulfillment center.

🚛 Shipping Options (USA)
We currently offer two delivery options:
1. Free Standard Shipping — Estimated 8–12 business days
Available on all orders.
Most customers receive their package within 8–12 days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier conditions.
2. Priority Express — $5.95 — Estimated 6–10 business days
Faster processing + priority handling.
Ideal if you want quicker delivery or need the product for an upcoming occasion.
All delivery windows shown above are estimates based on our last 30 days of shipping data.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days).
Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking link.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive:

We ship directly from our international logistics centers located in the US or Asia, depending on your location (premium export line).
This allows us to guarantee:

📬 Delivery Expectations
To avoid any confusion or disputes, please note:
- Delivery estimates are based on real average delivery times observed in the past month.
- Some factors such as customs clearance, peak seasons, or local carrier delays may extend the delivery window slightly.
- These situations are rare, but they can happen with all international shipments.
If your package appears delayed, don’t worry — our support team monitors all shipments and will assist you immediately.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, this is normal during certain carrier transitions (export → import).
Still, we recommend:
