  • Weather disruptions or force majeure events

If your package does not arrive, We will open an investigation with the carrier.
No refund or replacement can be issued while the investigation is ongoing.

8. Return Policy — 30-Day Satisfaction Window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions:
